1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product received

Return request must be raised within **7 days** of delivery.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged by customer
  • Products returned after 7 days

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and product is received back in original condition, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund will be credited within **7–10 working days**
  • Refund will be made to original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
